Lumberjack Denim

Recently I have been spending way too much money on clothes, however, this was a necessity. I needed a casual coat which would still keep me warm for the winter months approaching. This denim jacket is perfect due to the wool lining in the body and the collar. Plus, I've been wanting this jacket forever! On the other hand I have bought several tops, jumpers, jeans and dresses over the weekend showing I'm definitely not living the 'Uni Life'.

IT'S SO FLUFFY

I  bought this pink fur gillet yesterday from Topshop which is so similar (perhaps the same) to Kendall Jenner's gillet.

Street Style Winner

So a few weeks back I was stopped by Fashion North to be entered into a competion to win a £50 giftcard for Bridges Shopping Centre. Guess what? I won! I was suprised they asked me to enter, nevermind win it. Therefore I think its another excuse to go shopping this week and even spend some of my student loan.

H&M (very) Ripped Jeans

I've had my eye on these ripped skinny jeans from H&M for a while now and I've eventually found my size in the Sunderland store. H&M's jeans are at the top of my list in terms of quality and price because they actually are DENIM and not the 'elastic cotton' type such as the Joni jeans in Topshop. So obviously, for the past week, they have been most worn item in my wardrobe. Last night I put them together with a navy blue bralet and mules to create a 'night out look' for student night. However, hungover (maybe still drunk) before lectures this morning, I quickly shot on; pointed flats to allow my feet to recover, a baggy, striped top and hat to hide my flat hair.

Valentino at MFW

WOW! The models walking for Valentino's Spring/ Summer 15 Collection at Milan Fashion Week are dressed to impress. I am loving the camel and navy blue colours for the season, something different to pastels. I am desperate to get my hands on the Roman inspired gladiator sandals for the summer; in my opinion, the gladiator sandals and bohemian influenced designs are on point to achieve the summer vibes. Yet again, the laser cut effect will be back in for the next season. I love it, especially in the white designs, something similar from the high street will definitely be at the top of my list for next year. Valentino is also pulling off the minimal look, I'm totally in awe of the crop and culottes coordinate.

OOTD

For those who know me know my obsession with hats (although I suffer from terrible "hat hair"). I took full advantage of the Student Lock In this week and bought myself another hat and heeled mules to go with. At the moment I have a growing collection of hats including; a pork pie, fedora and floppy fedora hat. However, I cant help to resist buying a cream floppy fedora (Select) or a brown fedora (Peacocks), especially because they are much cheaper than other High Street stores such as Topshop and River Island.
